What does the consultation look like?
The meeting lasts 50 minutes and takes place in my office or online. Often it is more than one meeting. It gives the opportunity to share one's difficulties and will also dispel many doubts for those who are encountering psychotherapy for the first time, including: what form of help is psychotherapy? what it will look like, how long will it last (at least approximately), and whether a given therapist is the right person to work with.
